Please make sure that we have an e mail address for you as we prefer not to communicate with letters any more.

It will also allow you to set up My Child at School giving you “live” information about attendance, behaviour and achievements.

Welcome to Lyng Hall School

Staff and school governors would like to welcome you to Lyng Hall School, a happy and successful community where every student is recognised as an individual and where we aim for all to reach their potential.

We believe that every child can experience success as they develop into young adults through the supportive and caring environment that we provide.

Our School is first and foremost a place of learning where students feel safe and enjoy their educational journey. Learning is at the centre of everything we do both in and out of the classroom and we try to provide as many additional opportunities as possible to enable the children to have a breadth of opportunity and experience enabling them to flourish.

I am particularly proud of the Respect Charter which was created entirely by the students and expresses their expectations about the way we behave towards each other at school. I have shared it below and it is on display as a reminder in every classroom and corridor.
