Lyng Hall School

Lyng Hall School is an incredibly special place and a community that is vibrant and welcoming: I have been overwhelmed by the positivity and enthusiasm of the whole community in the past months since my first visit in February 2025 and can say with honesty that this is a place where both young people and adults in the community can, and do, thrive. Lyng Hall School is part of the Finham Park Multi Academy Trust, which is a trust driven by the strong purpose of achieving a world-class education for all students. We firmly believe in the importance of diversity of experience in education, recognising that we are not just developing academic brains but whole young people who are going to go out into the world with only the foundations of what we and their families have taught them.

I would like to sincerely thank the school for the positive and caring response to my concerns. Please also convey my warm regards and sincere thanks to the other teachers for their care and support.

It was an absolute pleasure to attend the exhibition last night... It is wonderful that such amazing young people are supported by an amazing teacher. I am sure your Headteacher and MAT are equally proud of you, your school and students.

I would like to say, you have already turned the school around. It is so good to see. The future of the school and pupils look like a successful one and it was a pleasure to be invited to the exhibition 'If they come for us' at Holy Trinity Church last week. The students were absolutely brilliant in presenting their art and poetry work.
